PRICES

• Base Currency: All prices are in Omani Rials (OMR).
• Changing of Prices: Prices may change due to promotions, launches, or stock status. Orders already confirmed or delivered will not be affected by price changes. Typographical errors in pricing can result in order cancellation and correction by Bahjacart.com.

SHIPPING METHODS

• Orders require 24-48 hours for processing before shipping.
• Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
• No international shipping is available at this time.
• Bahjacart.com does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Shipping is limited to Oman, excluding some remote areas.

ORDERS

• Placing An Order: Orders can be placed through the website or by telephone. Ensure that personal data is accurate and updated.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

PAYMENT

Currently, Bahjacart.com offers Cash on Delivery (COD) within Oman. PayPal will be implemented soon. Bahjacart.com reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order for outstanding payments.

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be settled through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Arbitration will take place in Dubai, Oman, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

RETURNS

• Conditions for Returns: Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are wrong, damaged, or not as described. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products that are used, damaged by the buyer, or with tampered/missing serial numbers cannot be returned.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

Refurbished products are tested and restored to working condition by professionals. They come with minimal signs of wear and include a 1-month Bahjacart.com warranty.
